In light of the news of the passing of Her Majesty the Queen, our scheduled September Poppadom Pictures event was cancelled. The evening will now run as originally planned on Friday 7 October.

We’re delighted to announce that Poppadom Pictures is back again for autumn 2022. The screenings will be held at Film Oxford as usual (54 Catherine Street, OX4 3AH). The dates for autumn are:
Friday 9 September
Friday 7 October
Friday 11 November.
We’re very excited to feature the premiere of the 2022 Howard Street film on 7 October. We will show this at 7.00 pm. Everybody is welcome to come along!
The timings for 7 October are as follows:
- 5.00 pm sharp – Film for children starts. Please aim to arrive around 4.45-4.55 pm so everybody is seated and settled for 5.
- 6.25 onwards – Break for food. First come first served. Bring your own bowl and cutlery if you can (bowls/ dishes work better than plates for the dal). Curry is supplied by the Everest Nepalese and Caprino’s pizza is available for children – all vegetarian. Suggested donation £6 for adults / £3 for children.
- 7.00 pm – 2022 Howard Street film premiere.
- 7. 30 pm – Film for adults at 7.30pm.
